Defining a target means concentrating statements, making decisions, and eliminating the superfluous. This also includes budgeting and timing or, in a nutshell, responsibility and dependability to ensure that what must be communicated is communicated.
Target achievement begins with listening to clients attentively and understanding them. Good creativity and planning are anything but lofty ideas; rather, they translate the clients’ needs into feasibility – and enthusiasm. For what good is a concept, excellent though it may be, if it cannot be implemented?
